• New patented special socketing system that combines external moulds with pushing flange to ensure perfect external calibration on the one hand, and a collapsible mandrel for the precise internal calibration of the socket on the other hand;
• High output (simultaneous production of 2 sockets each cycle in diameter range 110 - 160 mm for BA 400/PP);
• Heating combining short-waves lamps with thermo-adjusted contact ovens;
• Min. processable pipe length of 500 mm + socket;
• Great flexibility of the system thanks to the alternating production of different pipe lengths from 0,5 m to 6 m + socket;
